Delete your account
This is permanent. Deleting your account purges every log, every voice journal, every Bestie message, every doctor visit PDF, and every cycle prediction tied to your account from our primary database immediately. Backups (Cloudflare D1 point-in-time recovery) are purged within 30 days. After that the data is gone — we cannot restore it.
The fastest way: delete from inside the app
If you can still sign in to the app, the fastest path is:
- Open Girl Harmony on web, iOS, or Android.
- Tap You at the bottom right.
- Tap Settings → Delete account → Erase everything.
The deletion completes immediately and you're signed out.

If you can't sign in (lost your password, lost the email, lost your device), email [email protected] from the address tied to your account with the subject line:
Right to erasure — please delete my account
We will:
- Reply within 1–2 business days to confirm we received your request.
- Verify the email is tied to a real Girl Harmony account.
- Delete the account and reply with a confirmation when it's complete (typically within 24 hours, always within 30 days, as required by GDPR Art. 17 and CCPA §1798.105).
If you're requesting deletion on behalf of a child under 18, please tell us in the email and we'll handle it the same way.

- Every voice journal recording + transcript
- Every skin-tracker photo
- Every Bestie message and AI summary
- Every doctor visit PDF you generated
- All subscription metadata (your actual billing history will still exist inside Stripe for tax compliance — contact Stripe separately if you also want their copy removed)
- Niddah-mode settings and history
- Push notification tokens, notification preferences
